Created to serve the needs of designers, showrooms, and other purveyors of luxury objects, Trans|Art was built to engender trust and confidence in receiving, storage, and delivery service. From point-of-sale to installation, we understand that design is a transformative process requiring a higher level of service and support. We are dedicated to supporting the design professional, and are committed to keeping their needs—and the needs of their clients—at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring that nothing mars the customer experience.

Trans|Art.

Warehousing and Receiving

Your goods will be received at our clean, climate-controlled warehouse where each piece will be unpacked, inspected, photographed and catalogued. Up-to-date online tracking of items received and delivered is available 24 hours a day through our online customer portal.

 

Deliveries

We will work with your clients to arrange prompt delivery at a time convenient for them.  Our service team will ensure that every aspect of the delivery reflects your standards of customer service, from uniformed employees providing polite, white glove service, to timely arrivals and shorter delivery windows to minimize inconvenience to the client.

 

Installations

White glove transportation and delivery services overseen by our helpful, engaged staff will insure a smooth and stress-free installation. 

 

Freight Logistics

A reliable network of global partners ensures that your freight challenges have efficient solutions that meet your needs.

 

Furniture Restoration/Conservation

A team of experts is available for restoration, repairs and conservation of any furniture, metalwork, textiles, and objects that may require special attention.

 

Fabric Care and Maintenance

We will have your clients' upholstered furniture professionally cleaned and/or sealed.

Dana Levitties, a marketing, special events and customer service professional, and Radcliffe Farley, a fine arts and furniture transportation veteran.

“Witnessing firsthand the frustration and stress experienced by my family’s gallery and design business throughout the storage and delivery process, I was stunned at how little attention was spared for the customer and their specific needs. Having spent much of my own career organizing large scale logistics for events and later, rebuilding a foundering Customer Service department for a local manufacturer, I could not understand why these services could not be offered with the same level of expertise and support interior designers and other design professionals instinctively offer their own clients, day in and day out. Receiving, storage, and shipping services should be provided by an active partner in that process, a firm with accessible information streams and customer-oriented communication protocols. A company that understands the value of flexibility and treats its clients and their customers with the kind of care they deserve. I could not find that in the industry so I decided to build it—putting the customers needs first from the ground up.”
